Have you managed to find any tricks to relieve the back of your hands while programming under these hot days we are having?
I am interested in collecting your ideas.

The only solution I have found with hand pain from typing is to stretch and exercise more

@chonky-quiche I read an article some 20 years ago about pain in the hands due to carpels. It said that a vitamin B12 (I think) deficiency caused it. B12 is required for nerve sheath around nerves. So I started taking a B supplement. Never had problems since then.

If you experience it significantly more in your mouse hand, it might be time to switch to a vertical mouse (and of course always check your posture regardless). I switched a few months ago and honestly I cannot go back anymore.
Took only a day to get used to it.
