@projektaquarius California. Also, there's a difference when we're administrative salary (exempt), I guess. Ran it by lawyer friends when they got pissy about my time, but it all checked out. There's more background that I don't want to share on a relatively open Internet forum.

@JoshBent took a while to get that information. Plus, had to come up with workarounds for applications. And bickering. I had to kick a lot of people off for bickering.
