Database is being slow AF again. Team lead is investigating. This is happening more often lately and affects both production and dev because everything is just in one gigantic database. So clients are calling support being angry about the speed they get and us devs get to twiddle our thumbs while waiting for our own data to load.

i cant stand these idiots anymore. My instructor needed 12 Minutes to understand Megabyte and Mebibyte. He just used the snipping tool to save an SVG from Wikipedia. My instructor is an Person who wrote small Programs in the past and thought that an instructor license is something useful. It hurts listening to him. he was kept busy for hours because of nothing, so we could only twiddle our thumbs. our first instructor went probably because of the Management.
At the beginning of June I will give my lecture for my final exam.
I am fucked.

When you have no work to do at work because the ball is in other people's court. And you need to stay at work for another 6 hours..

When you have no work all week long because you finish 3x as fast as the estimates. You ask for more work, and due to "red tape" you can't even work on the back log.

Time to sit and look busy :).

Sadly, this is too common for me... I want to be buried in code and tasks! Not sit and twiddle my thumbs.

Fucking superb management. Assign all my tasks that aren't blocked to other people. Give me nothing to replace them. I'll just sit and twiddle my fucking thumbs, shall I?

So far I've spent about half my day waiting for my computer to respond (cpu @ 100%). Can't tell if this is a good day, or bad day.

What a waste of company resources/time. At least I'm being paid well to sit and twiddle my thumbs daily as this is a daily occurrence.
