How do you guys and gals combat RSI? Starting to get pains in my forearms... After a day of coding when I get home I have to prop the right hand side of my keyboard up to game as it gets rid of some of the discomfort...

It worked last night

Starting a new project tonight to help fellow teachers! First time actually using Github as well.... Interesting although I found it hard to get my head around!

I often use white noise to help me sleep and more and more often recently I've start using the deep sound of a moving hair dryer to help me concentrate. I find it extremely relaxing.

I got a new job today! Back to a support role after being a university teacher and a contract trainer. I miss problem solving.

For me:

> Keyboard lighting set to dark purple
> Monitor back lighting set to dark purple

Best: The absolute feeling of glee when I finally twigged what polymorphism is!

Worst: spending a fully night working out what polymorphism is....
