That's a really annoying situation to be in. Honestly I would get the fuck out and find a different group or job if that was an option.
-
You should organize one!
-
@nickhh That's true in the real world but not so much in hackathons. The whole point is to put something together in a short amount of time, and you can't waste time worrying about the details of proper execution.
-
Google, here I come! 😁
-
Hate the player, not the game 😉
-
It's always a magical sight to see
-
That's some pretty intense indentation you have there 😀
-
@harambae This solution is O(1) 😁
-
Then he gets sued and put in jail for unauthorized access of confidential information.
-
@jlave215 It's actually a picture of a photocopy of a repost 😁
-
Are you gonna build a Robert Downey Junior too?
-
Sounds like it might be your computer that's shitty.
-
Classic. Even worse is when you realize you were looking at the production window, not your dev environment.
-
Ive been using the username Xbox live randomly generated for me years ago. Works every time.
-
I don't see how it's any harder than emacs. If anything, vim is more intuitive, at least to me.
-
Good call on getting the previous generation.
-
@CodeMasterAlex @provector
Thanks for the offers but I'd probably start ranting about not having enough time to work on them if I joined 😀. University keeps me busy -
Or leap years, or daylight savings, or system time, or the million other things that make date and time code shitty.

I know it sucks, but he happy you at least have a CS course at your High School. Most don't.
-
The post-ironic meme industry is booming. There's high demand for your skills
-
Look at it this way, the next time another intern or less experienced person has the same issue, you'll know the answer and will be able to make the other person feel like a useless potato :)

I don't know why people include the class and function declaration in Java to prove that it takes more code. It's the same for every class with the exception of what you decide to name it. It doesn't add anymore complexity to the logic of a program it's just dumb to include it. There's easier ways to prove that Java is verbose.

My project manager looks a lot like mclovin from superbad, so I set his nickname to that on the chat app we use in the office. Everytime I get him to look at something on my computer, I realize I still have our conversation open and he probably sees his nickname.
-
@Linux That's totally fine
-
@tahnik I use more than 2 commands but you can get by if you know how to save and close a file
-
You could develop film with that setup
-
Yeah
-
That's awesome! I use screen but I think that does the same thing as tmux. Vim actually has auto complete, but I don't use it often. I think the hot key is ctrl+n

The less software you write, the less bugs you create. Meaning your actually getting doing yourself a favor.
