Used to be a simple, yet efficient tool for integration testing. And nothing more. Now it's a bloated, convoluted resource eating piece of bling-bling that tries to do a shitload of stuff, but only does them in a mediocre way.

Meh, while I was typing this I realized what a comfortable life I lead if I complain about something like this. Oh, the perks of being a middle class white man working in the tech sector...

I fucking hate malls.

People don't walk in any regular pattern or at the same speed. Full of smelly kids and their dumbstruck parents. I REALLY do not understand how some choose to spend their time at the mall as a recreational activity (other than going with a specific destination in mine, like the cinema). Whenever the circumstances force me to wonder around one for more than ten minutes, for me it's the equivalent of several hours of work, energywise.

Generally I hate people, but malls are the places where I hate them the most. Fuck!

How about a bookmark feature for rants?

From time to time, I find myself thinking about a rant I'd had read some days ago and trying to find it again turns out to be a bitch.

That moment when you convince your team's project manager to finally encrypt the config files before comitting them to source control..

There are a couple of things I like to do before sitting down to code for the first time on a project. Throughout all of this I'm (sometimes unconsciously) planning out the project.

- Clean the house;
- Buy groceries;
- Buy/prepare food & eat;
- Arrange everything on my desk so that everything looks slick as fuck;
- Actually sit down to do something;
- Realize it's past midnight;
- Go to sleep.

Sometimes I wonder if I have OCD...

What would you do in case of a nuclear war?

I don't normally put my tinfoil hat on, but this is the first time when I'm genuinely worried. As for myself, I can always move back to the countryside where my parents live.

Do you know of any free downloadable databases on the topics of:

Wouldn't it be great to be able to filter-out posts with images? As for myself, what I enjoyed the most on devrant was actually reading stuff. Their nof image posts is increasing and this is starting to feel like 9GAG.
