If you are working for a IT company and if you start taking direct work from a client, would it be unprofessional or unethical or is it fine..

I applied for a job on Upwork..
Client was in regular touch with me through emails.. He selected me after I showed him code of the projects done by me..
Then I sent an email asking him to tell me more about the company..
And no reply from him thereafter..

Any similar expeirence? Aren't we supposed to know atleast something about the company that we are working for?

1. Is it bymistake
2. Is he appreciating ur efforts
3. Is it because the payment was delayed last time..

Find it funny when the client offers to pay 100Aed for designing a simple sign up form and asks to add 50Aed if validation, email and backend is done..

How much time does it take for a developer to build a custom plugin in WordPress to add products and categories, tags etc to it?

Stupid sales department adding features to the project just to justify numbers of the quotation when the client has no need for it..

M a good developer.. clients are very happy.. But very bad at negotiating quote for project.. 😔😔
