Finally started my side project. Everyone says I'm gonna drop it far before it's done, but I still have hope! I'm not sure if I'm blind or motivated, but I guess I'll find soon enough!
FYI, I'm a mobile dev (c#) but I'm gonna try to learn something else along the way : it's a web project!!!
I'm in the excitement phase, I'll see you in the depression phase.

Today, for a feature that doesn't need to be released at all, we had to choose between delivering 2 months later so we could pay the technical debt, or release on time with even more technical debt, and 96% sure this will kill the project.
