I'm not saying our office coffee machine is slow, but I am saying that I just signed a farewell card for a retiring colleague who started pulling his coffee as an intern after graduation...

Not sure, but something tells me that one of these thingies is lying to me...

Damn it. This WiFi service in the train sucks. Not only they do block so dangerous stuff like Ubuntu packages but it is not even fast / reliable enough to give me stable SSH. NOT EVEN VIA FREAKING MOSH! We are talking UDP and couple of kbytes. Thankfully they let me pay for it after using up my generous 15 free minutes. Suckers.

What on earth did I do in my previous lifes to get punished with a WebObjects project?

Years ago at school I recreated the UNIX logon screen. With this, I collected login credentials and then displayed a message that the dish gets formatted now. To make it more realistic I had a progress bar and generated random file access in the disk, so the LEDs flashed. Loved it and even the sysadmin could see the fun (and educational background :P)
