YOU HAVE ALREADY ACCEPTED THEM IN YOUR COMPANY AND THERE IS AN ALREADY EXISTING TALENT/RESOURCE WAITING TO BE USED BUT YOURE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEN IDK? IF YALL COULD JUST TALK TO THEM THAT WILL BE GREAT.
