Hello community!
I have a some Questions for you
I want to "Convert" my Prebuild PC into a Normal case...
My currency build has
A GTX 1060
An M.2 SSD (Idk the Brand)
A 2TB Hard Drive
A Intel Core I7 6700 (non K)
16 GB SO-DIMM DDR4 RAM.
And I Just want to put everything into an standard case (Idk which one Right now)
And also want to Upgrade my CPU to a I7 7700K
So I need,
A MoBo,
A PSU,
Case,
Cooler,
And new RAM
(Budget around 500-800CHF)
(Its low but I think its manageable)

So that when the Time IS there for new Stuff I dont have to build a fully new PC, I Just need to Upgrade the Stuff I have!

@Mizz141 why do you want upgrade a < 2 years old cpu?

why don't you just buy a new case? seems to be not a bad rig you have there..

otherwise stay low on costs when you focus on what you really need: only the case, other components are optional. or why do you need e.g. a new psu?

@Mizz141 I guess just mobo will be fine, but I will suggest any x99 mobo with i7 6950x, no upgrade fir 5 years (I hope)

But you don't know what the future holds. Will a board you buy now work with a cpu that comes in a few years?
Your chosen cpu upgrade is only a minimum improvement. For gaming the graphics card is the bottleneck, but it's not that old and should work with modern games.

Your hardware is pretty much in the sweetspot of power and price. You need to pay a lot to get significant improvement. If your current cpu is a problem, your chosen cpu won't solve it. When in the future you have a demand for more power, and there is a cpu that can solve your problem, it's likely that this future cpu is different enough from current cpus to need a different board.

Prebuild Case, extern PSU
The case IS SUPER SMALL
so it Makes A LOT of noise starting up and while gaming...

Case: NZXT s340
MoBo: This you have to search yourself.
Cooler: Look for a AIO watercooler.
Ram: Wieso bruchsch du neue Arbeitsspeicher? Du hesch gnueg und DDR4 gahd mid prozessor!
PSU: TX850M or TX750M or TX650M take the one which has enough power. You may not need a new one due to similar power draw of 6700 and 7700k.
