well me and my wife are both owls and i end up late coding and discussing algorithms and app-flow with her, she's not a dev but makes an effort to understand and help me with bugs and issues all the time so the satisfaction is greater in my case

I can't unfocus on all those cables

My point is that there are things that can be done at the same time, like coding and eating, but coding and havig pleasure with a girl at the same time can't. If someone can, then probably he/she is doing them wrong.
