I been playing it in the background and I can't tell if it's something else but def getting more epiphanies. they stopped then I played it again and I started getting them again. I haven't been tracking scientifically though I've just been playing stuff in the background as I do things

also it calms you down and makes it easier to focus deliberately. that was very easy to notice. like in about 30 seconds it's way easier to direct your attention and hold it on stuff, as if you're circumventing the effort needed to do so somehow. which is what meditation is for
