Reconsider your burned in opinions. Especially the core ones.

Depression is horrible, you have to accept it or take medicine with the worst side effects.

Do some quick wins to make you feel better. Do something nice for your wife. Invent just Manny quick wins until you can the big wind.

It's very good described in one of my favorite books "The subtle art of not giving a fuck."

Should I mention I am still high from yesterday. I slept about 5 to 6 hours. Feel a bit groggy, but super positive about everything right now.

felt depressed last night looking at my medical records. spine C2-C7 all got lesions. c1 is blood flow to the head so I still have that working

T2 lesions also. which is the heart and cardio system. nice.

it's like I got headshot and someone shot me in the heart once for good measure with a handgun

@jestdotty that's because we live on land. If we all lived on the seaside and swimmed everyday we would have no backpain
