This is a reminder that I am not criticizing your choice of "taking a shit". I might suggest that leaving one is far more healthy. However, if you are in a pinch and need to take one, I can go leave one for you.

all it takes for me, is to lock in to coding the first time each day. I enter focus mode, and my intestines look to put shit out.

It's hard to lock in post shit though. Maybe I need bladder training so I can keep it in as long as it takes without harm.
