Actually... that works with the Minecraft server for my modpack... Every time I have to run the server twice, first time is errors out and the second time it starts without a problem. I don't know why and I'm probably never going to find out because there are 300+ mods in the modpack (to all of which I have a permission to use in the modpack of course - took me a few months and a few thousand e-mails to get them)

This also works for java if you're using maven and you are on a bigger project.
