It is really strange. Goods and services are hella expensive, but rent is somehow lower than where I am. I wonder if that's mostly logistics or just simple taxation.

Noooo, that's Florida. We're more kayaks and catamarans out here, super eco-conscious because everything is beautiful and very public. I do have a yakitori grill I'll throw into the transit connect when we head out to the sound for some clam digging and fishing. Cooking on the beach is awesome.
