    I think a lot of it is because salary adjustments are coming up, and they don’t want to pay more. So if they belittle me and make me sound like a useless pile of crap, they don’t have to. I also think the boss was in a terrible mood and wanted to take it out on someone.

    That’s fine.
    I’ll be looking for a new employer.
