I always throw the BS answers that are used as a filler answer. Funny thing is I can see when the HR knows they've been hit with the standard answer.

- What are your strengths/weakness?

My team collaboration skills is my strength. My weakness is I care too much about small details.

- Why are you changing jobs?

For career growth and new challenges.

And such.
