@We3D its not on english anyways. This is a new "coffee shop" in a new building near a river. Very nice view. Apparently someone bought this apartment and now rents it as a coffee shop. But this building is super luxurious. The entrance is the same of burj khalifa. One m^2 costs over 10k€ for this apartment
