Fucking gimmicks.
You know what the worst experience in technology is? A virtual keyboard. FUCK typing on a smooth piece of glass.
What's the solution? Attachable real keyboard. That blocks the bottom of the screen. Making it a normal laptop. Fuck off.7 -
Just bought a green foldable bicycle. 😊 Trying to learn how to master biking straight then will learn how to turn.28

Here's a life hack for you.
If you're ever in need of a whiteboard for drawing/sketching, grab a few white a4 paper sheets, a roll of transparent duct tape, tape both sheets together side-by-side. Cover both sheets with tape
et voila! You have yourself a portable & foldable whiteboard!
The more sheets you involve, the bigger the whiteboard will be :)
P.S. It's very handy!!12 -
Elsie: -Does that make it a glass half full or glass half empty type of situation?
Bernard: -We're engineers, means, the glass has been manifactured to the wrong specifications....
Gotta love Westworld :)

Software idea: A text software that lets you fold based on tab indentation, and define arbitrary text as headers tags and also define their format.
Example of the text describing the configurations that would be used (format wouldn't be inline oc but just in case any of you complains):
# Header, blue, slightly bigger text, bold
item 1
item 2
! red line of text, indicating to-do or current state
arbitrarily
indented
foldable
text
Now the rant: I can't find any software that offers this. :/ I have to define a whole language spec to do this in the editors I've checked.
If you happen to think about some editor, tell me.
Of course, I could code it myself, but I'm married to University for now.8 -
Guys I am having a question for a long time....
Say you want to work while traveling. How do you handle monitors? I ideally want two big (not the small ones) monitors while working, however it's impossible to bring two monitors, one is heavy enough...
If one day some company invents some very very thin and foldable monitors I'll be very very happy.17
