Bureaucracy is the biggest impediment to progress.

Instead of putting a brick wall in front of you by saying "The PO said that you created a bug", learn how to communicate and have a horizontal hierarchy, for fuck's sake.
Even if all my tests passed, they still throw other bugs in my face and call it my fault. Fantastic. I love Scrum. This is not Scrum, this is abusing and not respecting Scrum.

Stupid rules, stupid people.

As a developer I have a problem I have to get over and it's called: negative spiral thinking. It's the biggest impediment to progress (that and bureaucracy).

You sit there facing a problem, you keep focusing on the problem, but the problem spouts other problems and then you care too much about those other problems and you start fussing around, negative thoughts start to spout everywhere and you end up continuously losing your focus.

Blah.

Impediment to the agile process at my job: systems not understanding what review and retrospective is for. I mean I don't know what it's for, but it probably isn't for yelling about how testing is conducted and why it's hard. I would assume that's for the planning meeting. Not to mention apparently they still don't know the fucking schedule. Since they seem to think I'm done with a task, even though I don't have, like, the data I need to integrate with and it's on the schedule that I won't get the data til, like, the end of the month.

When you find out that your team has been saying you’re the the biggest impediment... 😔 I know I swear and get annoyed a lot, but that shit cuts deep. I didn’t think it was that bad...
