I was asked to debug a website. Quoted an hourly rate. The first file I open I saw this and instantly requoted my rate to include the "Are you f*cking kidding me?" factor.

But to be more specific a username on a login form instead of an email address when it already had ratelimiting lockouts implemented on an internal network. -
All mandatory tasks complete for the week, no meetings, no distractions, time to go back to the default of documentation........ahhh email just in from nodeweekly!
