When will some people understand that time is not equal to productivity.

Apparently management can't keep track of the conflicting revisions and task they keep assigning to their devs.

Been thinking of moving on a new job, currently sick of the deadlines not being reasonable.

Having some issues with stuff at work, feels like it somehow invalidates my hard work.

I always find it frustrating that additional requirements and changes are added and the deadline is not extended

I applied to a company and i am still waiting for the reply via email, the last email they sent was monday, should i wait or just find another job opportunity, the interview went well but i dont know if they will reply or not.

After realizing that I am burnout from working, I soon realize that you should not go above and beyond when working, they will always expect you to work like that and be disappointed if you did a minor mistake.

Should I wait for my promotion or change jobs now, I can't guarantee what my manager says he is too much by the books type of manager that follows the rules without consideration.

Manager: we have reached record sales this month, thank you for your hard work guys.

Employee: can I get a raise?

Manager: your greed is hurting the company.

Finally finished that project causing me so much head ache. manager has been asking me too much for the pass 2 weeks, now I am free from that project.

I don't understand why managers are not held responsible for the under estimated timeline of the project, the developer will suffer from the overtime and crunch of coding.

Should I take in a opportunity to work for a contact job for a year? There's a possibility of absorption but ever since rona hit we all need a stable job.

Don't burn out your self guys, if your burnout take a leave if possible if it's too stressful consider a job switch, money is great but life should also be enjoyed, you can't enjoy your money when your old and having medical problems.
