Hello guys im observing since some time your rants.
Here are people which are quite experienced.

I want to start as Freelancer in Germany, mostly for Web development.
All of my Customers are looking for a neat looking, responsive and fast Website.

What should I use and what Templates​/framework I could take as a blueprint for the future websites.

Any suggest are welcome!

Waiting for the perfect browser :

1. It's not Safari or IE and without their shitty problems.

2. It's not a RAM gobbler like Chrome. But has its minimal UI.

3. Has Chrome like dev tools or Firebug and nothing less than those.

4. Does not have ads.

5. Cross platform. On both desktop and mobile.

6. Web extensions only

7. Everyone loves it. Even fanboys who swear by Safari

8. Blocks annoying pop ups on some sites.

GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!!!

so it seems that instead of windows updating and restarting without user consent, now they ask you every few hours to restart your pc and install ''The newest windows features''. It's insanely annoying! And why the fuck am i receiving updates every single day, sometimes even few times a day. This is way more annoying than windows updating itself every now and then.
