If somebody wants to become famous for the work they do fast. Join DIY projects such as React-Native.
You can become so famous for developing a highly demanded component, since there arent many well maintained this days.
I guess it is the case for many new and fresh projects.

There are only two reasons you should use Windows:
1. You are developing for Windows.
2. You cannot live without a game which still has no Linux support.

However, the right thing to do is refuse all contracts on Windows development and quit playing games that have no Linux port.

Firstly companies hire people to make their software automate and then after successful completion of the project, the company terminates most of the employees.
