To whose of you who contributed code to Moodle LMS in the past: what do you think of this LMS and the way they ( core developers ) treat non-core developers?

Every developer that is Russian working oiutside of it, regardless projhects they're working on, should quit development, withdraw their contributions, and go back to so much beloved (by them) Russia.

Just let them feel the pain, let them know they're not wanted here, let them fuck themselves.

Let them rot.
