Weird thought.

Everyone seems to hate electron. It's one of the strongest cross platform developing environments though, so everyone uses it.

Google recently made 2 new platforms, flutter and dart, designed for cross platform applications... but then why is project fuschia's entire UI built in, you guessed it, dart and flutter?

I think Google is trying to make an electron replacement, endorse and grow it in fuschia, and have it grow as the new (resource friendlier) electron.

Of course, only my ramblings. Take with a grain of salt.

StackOverflow's mouse cursor effect is exponentially decreasing my productivity as I go through the day.

I can't stop watching it.

Manager in December: Things will pick up soon!
January: I know things are slow, but they’ll pick up!
February: Just give it a couple months!
March: Things are about to pick up, trust me!

All the while I have been twiddling my fucking thumbs with probably half a day’s work to do, either working on my own studies/projects or just wasting time.

And the reason? Because Manager hasn’t been able to decide the budget for the project, so we haven’t been allowed to begin.

We are asked to waste time rather than use it effectively because of a spreadsheet that Manager has been putting off for four months.

Dissatisfaction is the understatement of the year. Some say I complain about a good thing, meaning less work, same pay, but that’s not why I applied to this company.

How do you deal with dumb coworkers who don't understand computers?
