Who inside BitTitan is doing live testing on production? Would you kindly revert the changes and do testing on a test environment? I've seen the 4 changes so far and they clearly not working.
Please we need to finish this migration2 -
I'm currently working as a IT Specialist for this company, we have lots of important clients and it's a bit understaffed. This is not my passion at all, don't get me wrong I'm pretty good at it but it's just not my thing. I used to be a student until last year when a hurricane came by(I live in Puerto Rico btw) and after that I found this job, they took me in without finishing my degree or not knowing anything at all. At first I was ok with but as time dragged on it just made me feel pretty shitty. Now I've been taking a like into web development even before this year but once again got interrupted by the hurricane from last year, that didn't stopped me and I got selected to the Grow with Google's Front End Web Development Udacity nanodegree, I've also started doing some of Wes Bos courses to help me get around. Now I've been thinking about quitting my current job, taking some time to develop myself more and try getting into the web dev industry.
I guess I got a couple of questions:
Does my idea sounds stupid?
How hard is it to get a job for web dev remotely, mostly Front-end?
Currently trying to get good at React.
Any other technology you would recommend learning?
Any open-source projects you might know about that includes React and have beginners issues? I guess I'm still not as confident as I should -

So after having some issues with Arch, I decided to move to Fedora and I must say I'm loving it!
So this is yet another OS topic.
What you got running in your machine?
What's the hardware of you machine?2 -
Trying to make a site that requires an external API and that API limits you to certain calls per certain time before they ban you for 24 hours and asking yourself how not to get banned :| *I'm new to webdev*6

Does anyone have any good podcast to listen to about programming? Preferably anything related to web dev but anything is welcome5 -
I'm new to javascript and I'm doing the freecodecamp. I was doing a challenge and I was looking everywhere how to fix my problem (I needed to use an API from another page) turns out all I needed to do was add the Jquery library, I've been stuck with this for HOURS FML4

I recently got interest into web dev and... why isn't HTML + CSS considered art? I keep moving stuff one px to the left, one to the right then back left padding-top :40px, ehh to much, 20px ehh too little 30px ehh lemme just leave it at 40px. It's like when you erase a line on a drawing.1

Just made a Discord server for devRant community, it's still not set up properly and very new (and doubtly the first one) but Idk maybe we can actually build on something from here: https://discord.gg/MSG53jy

Being a college student and knowing that when someone ask for "help" they actually mean "Give me your code"
The other day someone asked me for a way to solve a homework and I instead gave them the links from MSDN of the libraries and method he needed and he was like "Okay but how do I use this, how did you do it?" I facepalmed and decided to delete them from facebook, I hate leeches who wants me to do their jobs.8 -
When your IDE starts acting up and instead of searching how to solve the issue, you just reinstall it because it's easier.3
