the worst meeting for me is a retrospective meeting in which no one say anything except PM and it last 1.5h

@dante Point of the retrospective is to tell teammates what doesn't work for you... so tell the PM to be concise because long meetings do not work for you.

If agile/scrum meetings last longer than 10m per team member, you're doing it wrong in my opinion. Longer proposals/policies should be drafted into a document for review, so you can quickly discuss or vote about it during the next meeting.

We have a weekly meeting every Monday and it drags out for about an hour, it's supposed to be a catch-up meeting but typically nothing new happens yet someone has to add input for no reason.

Being the only dev I say working on the app. I don't want to bore people with my to-do list but sometimes they kinda expect me to say more than 4 words lol.

So irritating how long the meeting takes since there a couple of people that just yak on for about 30 mins lol.

There is only around 13 of us, and it shouldn't take that long :/
