What did you do with your first salary?

I paid the travel expenses back that I loaned from family members to come at work in first place. You need money to work appearantly. And I bought a psp with a camera. First salary was such a good feeling and I felt rich

Paid some bills. Then saved a couple more salaries and bought my first serious computer.

I bought a tailored suit. In honor of my grandfather who always told me that business people take you more seriously and are more inclined to pay you if you dress properly. Also brand new shoes that are good to maintain. Polished shiny shoes are nowadays something that stands out.

This gives me such nostalgia.

I remember before I got a job I was saving up for some headphones, spending weeks deciding which model to pick.

With my first paycheck I remember being mind blown when I calculated I could afford all similar model that my local store had - at once.

(but no, I ended up saving for an apartment)

I bought the Nexus 5 with it and the rest spent it like there is no tomorrow

@gitpush I was searching for that phone ( bc I was up to try the first linux on the phone ) and ended with nexus 5x...

@We3D That was an amazing phone sadly the screen touch no longer works and now battery not recharging, its been 10 years lol that phone and the Sony Ericsson Arch S were one of the greatest phones I used

@ostream jail is terrible. I already start to sing after 30 minutes. How long you had to stay?

@ostream after three hours I would've grown a beard, forgot my last name, survived by eating bugs from the floor and have to reintegrate
