Manager: How's (insert dumbass task that they assigned literally 1 hour ago) going? 😊
Dev: We have JIRA for a reason, you'll see it will be moved to demo / review when it's ready.

When project managers copy and paste clients' vague requests word for word with no further explanation2

Changing between projects multiple times a day is as annoying as a homeless chasing you while begging for heroin money.
Today was one of these days I had to fix bugs for 3 different projects with completely different devStacks. The productivity dropped to a new low. Being a fullstack dev is awesome, but please let me do one thing at a time, so I can stay focused!
Dear boss, just fuck off with your managing skills or there will be ultraviolence soon!6 -
@Kiki and I built something (99.99% of the work was done by him only)
Since I was 6 month old, I was annoyed by Reddit's front page. While I liked how it remained same for everyone, there were a lot of unwanted subs filling the feed which didn't interest me and moreover were quite annoying.
Hence, I was thinking of a feature where we can filter out subs from the front page. I even made a post back in days and did not get a proper response.
I waited for Reddit to implement but they are just bloating the product now.
So night before yesterday, after I was done fantasising how I save the school from a terrorist attack, I got an idea.
A Chrome extension which can hide a list of subs or keywords we feed to it.
So if I add r/MakeMeSuffer to the list, extension should click on 'Hide' button on the post and it will no longer appear. Well this was the initial logic I had in mind.
I immediately pinged @Kiki and he was like he already has something similar. We experimented and with in an hour or two, he built an extension which worked better than I thought.
He implemented the dark theme as well. Kickasssss!!!!
So now we are here, to share with you and get your feedback on how we can improve this further.
Once the community responds to this, we are taking this to Product Hunt, Reddit, and @Kiki will also publish this on Chrome store.
We are really excited about this idea and many more. So let me know how you feel about this.

Incase you struggle with installation, HMU, after a lot of hand holding from the creator, I am now an expert in installing and managing Chrome extension 🤣🤣27 -
one of the most annoying things about our system at work is that we're constantly updating broken links because we're in the process of updating a lot of legacy code. there's this one service to retrieve links for a module, but half the links in the legacy code are hard-coded strings anyway, so the whole thing is just a huge maintainability disaster. anyone ever come up with any interesting solutions for managing links between modules?1

I can't name just the one annoying coworker, because I've never had this one person I really, really couldn't stand being around. But there are plenty of coworkers that have crossed my path over the years with features that have slowly driven me towards madness.
Like the team leader with psychopathic traits and a brown nose stomping downwards and pleasing upwards.
Like the one fellow who set variable values multiple times to really, really be certain it was set.
Like the girl who sat next to me every now and then, and always started humming and singing only when she sat next to me. Always just loud enough for me to hear.
The dickhead coworkers that has been bullying me, excluding me, neglecting me over the years.
The managers who apparently never learned managing nor people skills.
Every jackass that thought it was a good idea to come stand next to me so they could have a nice conversation on the phone without being disturbed. Well, you disturbed me!
The manager who was whistling and singing so loud from his office that I had to get a Bose QuietComfort headset to get him out of my head.
Every fucking one contributing to the dinosaurism haunting the office.1
