Wow. I think I've got devrant fever.
I just browsed devrant. Closed devrant. Immediately saw devrant on my homescreen and thought, I need to check devrant. Then immediately after that I remember I just browsed devrant. *Sigh*.6 -
Opening devRant is kinda becoming a reflex action for my thumb whenever I'm swiping through my homescreen

Thought I broke it there for a minute, but the homescreen is back to showing 180 entries.
Me: Current released app only shows 1 entry.

Fuck this new fad of forcing you to open a new tab when you click on a link. I already have 40+ tabs do you think I need another fucking tab just for your shitty homepage? If I wanted to do that I would just fucking use command (cntrl) click. Stop forcing me. And fuck google especially for making this a thing with google drive and switching between accounts. I mean why the fuck do I need a tab of just the idiotic sheets homescreen (the one that doesn't even include my sheets)? And if I want to switch accounts why do you open the new account in a new tab? I don't want to have my old account up I wanted to switch that's why it's called switch accounts7

Built my first App - the BOFH returns
So I started to learn programming about 7 weeks ago, learned some Java, immersed myself in git and then via a friend got introduced to android studio. To get some practice I decided to code my own app, and what better way than to create a quote generator for the funny and creative error messages as seen in The Bastard Operator from Hell. Now I wrote the thing, started adding a feature and before I know it, it works and I'm contacting the original author, if I may publish it to the playstore.
Io and behold: Merely 32 hours after the idea had sparked, in an act of spontaneous madness I've pubished my first app.
This was an absolutely electrifying experience and a huge feeling of success to me, to see my own creation on my homescreen.
Sorry for annoying you with this antirant, but I just had to get this out!

So, I was using YT on my phone now since I'm at my family over the holidays. So far so good.
I just noticed, that google apparently cant even make apps good. FFS, I'm playing a YT vid (fullscreen, landscape) and then close fullscreen.
Guess how it looks now:
a) landscape mode
b) portrait mode
c) locked portrait mode until you go back to the fuckin homescreen where it rotates again
