Why is fucking Chrome still not able to auto-hyphenate on Windows desktop?! Yeah I know the dictionaries, OS integration yadda yadda, BUT:
1) TeX did this 40 years ago, this is a solved problem in CS!
2) Firefox is a 3rd party application in Windows, just like Chrome, and can auto-hyphenate!

Today was the first time I used WebWorkers. I loaded it with a hyphenator script because fucking Chrome is still not able to do hyphenation on its own. For the main thread I wrote an injectable Angular service as a wrapper and to enqueue hyphenation work.
So far it works pretty smooth and quickly.

Have you used WebWorkers before? What for?

Most frustrating? Anything involving IE, but that's a safe answer. No, my most frustrating experience (to this day) is getting tables to behave responsively on mobile screens. Not easy when the tables in questions contain dozens of columns with hundreds of rows and mostly rely on fixed widths to render the text the way the client wants. So if you have a client who doesn't understand how hyphenation and word break work, I know how you feel.
