It's going to be a long fucking day.

That moment when you spend hours debugging, only to realize... the bug wasn’t in your code but in your brain. Yup, I initialized the variable outside the loop and wondered why it wasn't updating. Classic me.

Moral of the story: Sleep is not optional, fellow devs. Also, coffee isn’t a fix for stupidity, but hey, it keeps us going! ☕

Half an hour late for work because I got 'stuck in traffic' i.e. can't stop scrolling devRant...

Dude that convinced me to come to company became the most toxic person ever after I got fed up of his lies and lame attempts to get me to do his job (so he could just get the merits). We don’t work on the same project but closely related. Every time we speak he tries to hurt me by trying to put me down/raising sensitive topics. But he gets rid of the history all the time, so I have nothing to handle to HR or manager. Time to jump the ship? Job is fine otherwise.

There's nothing worse than a day spent because of two words.

i'm not a dev but i do implementations of our software so i need to work with our devs fairly often. this is an actual transcript from a conversation with a dev today - is this a bad sign when the conversation goes like this?:

developer: any news from these guys?

me: yea he replied to the email thread
he's fine with giving us his password on the call

developer: ok, just checking, because i did not receive it

me: really thats weird you are cced

developer: ohhh…. sorry… my mailbox is to messy

I feel like whoever works with Magento full time either has ascended or completely lost their sanity.

So, I was talking to my dog and he said that I should go out and make some friends.. Jokes on him cause he's the one sitting locked up in my pc...
