I think Linux is indeed Userfriendly, there are just Users which aren't Computerfriendly.

Linux is userfriendly

After many years... I truly believe that non IT people belive that this is how programmers work:

- Goodmorning computer. How are you? Can you make me a program? I want the program to include an userfriendly userinterface, database, optimized code, documentation and dont forget that i dont want any bugs! Thanks computer. I'll get back to you when my coffee is ready.

Windows, the operating system which is so much more user-friendly than Linux, or so they say, cannot be operated by my family members without constant support helping them to find files they downloaded and want to send in an email for example. So I have to stretch my mind between my family's non-tech end-user perspective and Microsoft's Windows 11 UI, both of which deviate from my developer's perspective, each in its own surprising way.

TIL: new M2 MacBooks officially support only single external screen. Not even the Pro class supports dual. It supports single 6K monitor, but I've failed to find any userfriendly ways to get good tiling which would be equivalent to multi-monitor. The only native tilling is left/right split. TB3 can handle 3x2K or 2x4K, but Apple said "fuck you and your multi-monitor setup".
I ain't mad tho. The guy upgrading to M2 sold me his dual monitors for a really good price.

Spotify, where are my Subscribed Podcasts? Why do mobile App, Web Player, native MacOS App, and native Linux app so diffrent in the UI and even in the wording used? Leaves me, your paying user, upset and confused.

Good arch based security/privacy distros? I only know about BlackArch. Are there any good alternatives that are also pretty userfriendly for everyday work/development tasks?

Thank god SAP BO is such a userfriendly program...
