I don't really understand why there are some rant that copy and paste image from 9gag, Facebook or something like that. We are developers, our blood must be full of fucking creativity. "my post get thousands of ++, I'm a genius fun developer" "NO you're not, you are a copy&paster".

Discussing with the boss:
