True of webdev certainly. But it doesn’t affect me. I keep up with PHP and CSS developments so I can take advantage of them. All this other shit is totally a waste of time and effort. I use javascript sparingly and never touch frameworks as they cause more problems than they solve. This has been a great formula and keeps me (self) employed with fast well constructed websites that are easy to maintain and develop over many years. Never bothered with the css preprocesses, just another layer of shite, and they are dead now as css can do that in the main.
