Why is it always the case when you give your cide to QA they find more bugs than you? Even though developers write test cases, why can't we catch them all?

Is it necessary for a UX designer to have front-end programming knowledge to give technically feasible and maintainable designs??

Product designer keeps on changing designs and managers approve it every single time. Totally frustrated to work. Why can't they think of scenarios based on design? Why should they allow me work on something guaranteeing that things won't be changed but change every single time.

I know product specs change, but too much of change frustrates the developer. Why does no body care for developer's mindset?

Product manager calls me at 7 PM. "There's gonna be a slight change in the module. You can reuse lot of existing code and I'm sure it won't take much for you to finish. "

Me: Okay, let me take a look at it tomorrow morning.

The next day I saw the spec change.

One and half weeks later, I'm still doing the change.
