The hackathon where team devRant is going to participate is only one day out!

Today will be a lot of preparations, buying foods, caffeine (will need that for staying awake for about 40 hours approx), sports (promised this guy so this is gonna be fun). And last but not least, today I'll hear what the thing we're going to have to program is (a rough summary)!

The status/vlog page is nearly finished so I'll be statussing and vlogging tomorrow.

If anyone has any ideas as for the status page etc, please shoot away, there's going to be a chatish thingy as well =).

Next week I am going to attend to a hackathon organised by my study (24 hours) and me and another guy are going together (or, maybe one more person but not sure yet).

We are going as: team devRant!

My idea is to at least do a quick status update/vlog every x hours and maybe a webpage where I update peoples but I was wondering if anyone here would like to see the event, see the updates/vlog stuffs or maybe not at all?

It will also be live streamed onto the internet!

Would like to hear your opinions on this =).

Wondering about how I should continue with my blog.
One the one hand, Ive always liked the video format Uncle Bob uses, and I think Id actually find it easier to talk about my ideas rather than write about it.
On the other hand, I know a lot of people prefer a written article they can read at their own pace.
Thinking I might try a hybrid of some sort, like record a vlog and then write the article afterwards, using the video for reference since I already got the words out.

Does anybody here has a vlog ? (YouTube or other platform) ?

Has anyone reading this used a Canon Rebel (mine is T3i) for recording Vlog style video? For example, the type of video that video game streamers orYouTubers would make.

Any recommendations on the best lenses for this?

How can I, in JS, make sure a class (Vue) is instanciated only after a certain element is inserted into the DOM?

Currently, things are executed in this order:
1. Create modal
2. Append my-element to modal
3. Show modal
4. Instanciate Class (Vue)

Gives me "Vue cannot find my-element".

However, it works if I instanciate Vue in the console after modal is visible.

If a system w/t articles composed mainly from txt + 1-3 pics for clarity or just decoration is called blog

and a 1 that has only videos is called vlog

then if it's mainly pics with captions or no text @ all, shouldn't we call it plog?
