After several months on the job hunt with some discouraging rejections, I finally got an offer! Thank you all for inspiring me to keep learning and to stay humble. I've been stuck in a role where I feel overworked and unappreciated, with no room to grow. Excited for this next challenge and new beginnings! 😊

When I was still a noob programmer, I was working on a website for a big client. We had a demo coming up in big city. So we drove there several hours and went to their office. All the management board and shareholders and what not were there.

So we started the demo. Everything had worked perfect the night before. But on that day, we were right away greeted with some stupid PHP error right there on the first page. Had to fix it quickly so we could continue with the demo, so I logged into their production server with SSH and started fixing the code with vim. I was connected to the projector, so my horrid noob code with cringy joke comments was there for everyone in the room to see.

Eventually got it working, but I saw several people in the room facepalming hard. Can't ever forget the day. :D

Day 1 of learning to build interpreters: finished the scripts for basic mathematic operations and beginnings of functions... Spent 4 fucking hours trying to track down why the compiler is treating an end of file token as an addition token... No luck, going to bed with a headache and half a head of torn out hair...

I've published my first app on the Play Store! Does this mean I get to call myself a developer now? 🤔

Just modified some reverse shell python code, which could handle multiple clients but one at a time, to allow one command to be ran on all available connections.

I either adapted it to be a useful admin tool or the beginnings of a bot net...

Started to learn Rust on valentine's day. Maybe I can fall in love with it.

Isn't it weird that some parts of the world have crossed over to the next decade and some haven't. (If you consider 2020 the start of a new decade).
