Where was the "What the fuck are you doing motherfucker?!" reaction?
-
But how will you get your fake medical sick leave without a nice doctor?
-
@Lensflare
*couldn't
sorry
More specifically, the "|" (pipe) was nowhere to be found. -
The only time I used a mac, I could because all the symbols weren't displayed on the keyboard.
I don't know if it changed since then. -
Opiate.
-
No spec is the best.
1) Develop the feature as you wish
2) Push on prod
3) Wait for negative feedbacks
4) Ignore them as your dev follow the figma design
5) ???
6) Profit -
Ohhhh! So that's why there is "Chrome available on the app store" popping on french TV.

I didn't knew about Armstrong number, fun math thingy. -
If they are similar in term of skills +-10% (whatever it even means). I want someone that will integrate well into the team.
I'm not sure that's really in favor of diversity, but it depends of the team.
For example, in my previous (french) team, they hired an indian dev. And culturally it was just a missmatch. The habit of always saying "yes" even when the response should be "no" is excessively annoying!
The issue is present in every other teams with indian dev in the company. -
@UberSalt It was HR, I'm not surprised at all.
When I have interviews with tech people or management, it usually goes well. -
I don't know about other countries, but in France the interview process for most companies is horrendous.
I once had a recruiter ask me what kind of animal I felt like, and if I was a car what would I be 🤷. I don't know bro, I don't have one. -
@Lensflare It's a three way company: Laundry, Money, and Money Laundry.
-
@JsonBoa I was gonna comment about mining too, I'll buy a bunch of washing machine and start a laundry/mining company!
-
Nice meme.
-
Omg, so relatable haha
-
@netikras
> o you REALLY have to google basics, like what "const" means in C or node? As a senior?
If it was a question during an interview for a senior dev position, I don't think I would consider the job honestly. I don't like tech interview to begin with but this kind of question is such a waste of time, I'm not at school anymore and don't have time/patience for this kind of test. -
That's a stupid joke. I love it!
-
@SidTheITGuy
> okay u r a dumbass, got it.
No problem. -
@SidTheITGuy
> so she must be a bitch
Most male bosses are assholes, so I tend to assume that lady bosses are bitches by default. -
@ccpdev
Nah, it's because they started with the absolute messy shit that is JS and then tried TS, so naturally the fall in love with it.
Like if you ate chalk all your life and then discover filet mignon. -
> a positive ofice environment that made you go to office each day?
I had no choice. -
Huehuehue! Legs!
-
Wait wait wait! It's not veh-hick-l?
-
> but immediately they think its a scam
Stop trying to scam people damnit! -
That's the spirit!
