The worst part in my workflow is when my coffee ☕ ends.

I never knew that I was a good mentor at SQL , specially at PL/SQL.

I gave a task to a new member of my team, to fill 5 tables with data from other 15 tables.

I informed him well about data table info and structure. He spended about 3 days to create 25 different queries in order to fill 5 tables.

After I saw the 25 queries, I told him, that he could do it with 1 main query and 5 insert statements.

So I spended 1 hour of training, in order to build,run and explain how to create the best sql statements for this task.

(First 5 minutes)
It was looking so simple at the beginning from starting with 1 simple join, after some steps he lost my actions.

(Rest 55 minutes)
I was explained the sql statements I 've created and how Oracle works.

Now , every time he meets me, he feels so thankful for learning him all those Oracle sql tips in 1 hour.

Now he is working only with big data and he loves the sql.

Yesterday, I asked for a double raise of my salary from mine p.manager.

I told him that I had an offer from another company with double salary.So we discussed the possibilities to have a good raise without changing company. He told me that can't be sure for my salary plan, but he will try to do the best.

I am still working in same company with same salary.

Who was bluffing better? 😑

Yesterday I bought a BMW Series 1,
Today I realized that I did all that money from coding! I thought I was riding my code !

I had a problem with too many backups from our personal data (Photos,videos etc.)
Always I had 1-2 hard drives to backup all important files every time.
Too many duplicates!!

So I created a batch file that for every image-video file type in my backup , will move only one in a new folder, sorted by daytime taken and in a folder of that year, then it renamed all with the datetime of the file.

Now I have a great backup sorted by year in folders since 2003. Just saved me from 2 terabyte duplicates and I have now 600gb sorted backup files!

Before 10 years, a WordPress site hacked with sql injection. They had access to site, they modified many php files and installed commands to download random malwares from over the internet.

At first I didn't know that it hacked and I was trying to remove any new file from the server. That was happening every 1-2 days for a week.

Then I decided to compare every WordPress file with the official, it was too many files, and I did it manually notepad side notepad!! :/

Then I found about over 50 infected files with the malware code.

Cleaned and finished my job.

No one else knows that I did a lot of hard job.

Don't know if it's repost, but it's so true!

Received 'Thank you' e-mail after Test Deployment and UAT !!

Started a side project with react.js.

I logged in a Remote Server, where Bi-Directional was disabled.Didn't allowed copy-paste and needed to upload a new Web app release.
Hack: just inserted usb flash drive in my computer and remote server recognised that as external.
Deployment completed!
