During a software presentation for a group of clients i said:
"I reworked the interface for you. Now it's idiot-proof."

I accidentally triggered a reindex on an database with 14 million records in it. It prevented hundreds of people from doing their jobs for several hours. Probably cost the company tens of thousands of dollars. Didn't get fired for it, but man it didn't feel good...

I hate it when I use another desktop environment on linux like xfce or mate and I end up trying to press super key+shift+q to quit an application.

So my boss told be about this game, try it out the next time you have an office party with other developers. It goes like this... You all sit around a table with shots ready to drink at your disposal, each person takes a turn and must simply say a noun, it can be anything. The next person must then Google the noun + '.js' added to the end, if the library exists, that person must drink a shot. Continue until everyone is sufficiently in a vegetated state. Good luck!

I regret my last year's purchase of macbook air. I could've easily purchased a powerful laptop with atleast 16 GB RAM and high end Graphics.... Instead i choose to go with this piece of shit for a change.. :/
