Almost all of our back end devs are sick today and our PO kept pinging the dev Slack channel with the same core bug, so I replied with this.5

Q: What do computers and air conditioners have in common??
A: They both become useless when you open windows.3 -
I used to work in a company with such a high bus factor that we called "teams" composed of a single people "immortal" like in the movie "highlanders" because of the fact they could not be fired since they were the only people to know how their project works. We went through hard times for the company when several of the immortals resigned one by one. Each time one of us left premises on his last day, we played the song "Princes of the Universe" very loud on the office. I was the last and I left four months ago.3

I spent three hours coding some algorithm and then looked it up on Stack Overflow out of curiosity. Big surprise. Someone did the exact same thing but more effeciently, and had all the code in his answer on SO.

Dear nerds from all over the world,
We get it. 404 pics are funny.
But did you know there other status codes too?
Like...

302 - Found
400 - Bad request
401 - Unauthorized
402 - Payment Required
403 - Forbidden
501 - Not Implemented

I have my own secret script hidden in a /batcave dir on the production servers. It fixes everything the other devs usually manage to screw up.
I call it Batman.bat2 -
When someone is watching over my shoulder my codeability sinks with 30%. When coding in just underware my codeability raises with 10%.
Last time someone watched over my shoulder I felt the -30 and tried to raise to -20 by entering underware-mode. Didnt work, somehow they couldnt combine. Turned out to a really awkward situation and codeability instead dropped even more!! Around -70% felt like a project manager!!!6
