I'm working on redoing a somewhat big database with a small team and the fuckers who designed the new database decided to use danish names everywhere and misspell shit! What the fuck are you doing!

Who the fuck calls it a birthdate? and misspells the danish equivalent?

And what the fuck is this, using _id and ID like they are the fucking same thing!?!

For the love of all that is holy, stick to english, one naming convention and check your crap spelling!

And, I finally got my very own server rack :) just wanted to share!

I'm 18, asking my granddad a basic question. It was in danish, translation may not be as funny.

The Danish info screens strikes again

So I and my friend worked on a website for a guy about 6 months ago and he didn't payed us (we had a contract but he is a d##k). Whenever we use to ask for money he'd ask us to do something else or add another stuff on the website (told you d##k). So we decided to leave without taking the money and now he's still using the website that we made.
While working with him he shared his server credentials and they are still the same (we still have access to everything).
Now we were thinking to teach him a lesson, we don't want our money back.
So, devranters what's the evilest idea you can come up with?

So far my friends suggested me:
-mining cryptocurrency
-replacing websites homepage with some abusive content
-delete everything on the server
-revoke his access to server (he would somehow get that)

I learned to exit vim, and got happy.

Server crashes, i boot into rescue mode and shit. It forces me to use vim as the texteditor, because fuck nano i guess.
Additionally, the fucking buttonboard layout changed to english instead of danish, which results in i have no fucking clue where which characters are.
Im dead.

i was learning neural networks, started with keras and was on the first tutorial where they started by importing pandas
so i switched to learning data analysis using pandas in Python where they started by importing matplotlib and i realized data visualization is also important and now I'm reading matplotlib docs...🙄

Like seriously, I don't want to see this shit. I HADN'T TOLD YOU TO SHOW ME THIS SHIT YET YOU STILL FORCE ME TO. I never set the keyboard to Danish. And in fact, IT'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Then why for he love of god do you think I need to have the option to change my keyboard to Danish when I have insisted on not having this option. Is it because my locale is set to Danish? Is that it? I'll gladly change my locale then ffs, but THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN.

My Windows display language is English, when I installed this shit I even set the keyboard to English US, I even disabled the change keyboard shortcut because I knew that for some reason Windows would find a way to add a Danish layout. SOMEHOW.

!rant

I was propably 15 years old the first time i saw my friend coding html and and other related stuff i cannot remember! It intriqued me and i really wanted to learn it (i wanted to learn to hack.. xD..) but at the given time i wasn't happy in life and i was pretty much addicted to WoW..

So.. forward 12 years, where i had gone to the military, thought about becoming a physiotherapist, psychiatrist, korean translator and game designer.. oh and countless attempts from another friend to get me interested in c#.. i decided to start studying computers (software/hardware) at DTU (danish university).

That was rougly 8-9 months ago and i am now pretty decent in C, HTML, C++, Java, MySQL and koncepts about networks and OOP designs :).

I am super grateful to all the trial and errors throughout my life that have brought me to this place :)

Still 27, still has alot to learn, but i am really happy where i am right now. Even so, that i am spending my free time making my own projects :)

I also get super happy whenever i fix a bug of mine :p.

I truly believe that you will skyrocket to succes if you do what you love.

For me, i just discovered that part of myself a little late :)

Not sure what i hope to achieve with this post, but i hope it can give an insight into what people go through and yeah.. go for what you want!

So after 5 days of trying to figure out why the fuck nemID (danish online id) is a piece of shit and doesn't want to show the pdfs I'm sending, so that they can be fucking signed, I've finally found a way to produce pdfs that it doesn't choke the fuck out on.
Just fucking open the fucking pdf in fucking Acrobat and fucking print it to a fucking pdf using fucking Microdick print to pdf... TWICE! WTAF?
So guess what I'll be creating an API for today...

Also fucking give me a proper error code when your shit doesn't work! Why the fuck are you sending me an error code stating that the checksum doesn't match, when 1) I didn't fucking send you one in the first place and 2) it doesn't work because you fucks didn't implement the entire fucking pdf spec! So when my fucking pdf contains some fucking pdf-element that you decided was to hard to implement a web view for, tell me that!

There is nothing better than working on internal systems, that only you and a group of friends will be using.

Yeah, they aren't the most tech savvy, but boy oh boy can you have fun with the content on the site.

For example, the login button says "open sesame" (in danish) and some of the errors are like "dude, really? Why would you do that?" followed by the actual error.

I'm a student and we are forced to still have "ordinary" classes like Danish English and such. So we were having our English class. When out of nowhere our "skps" aka those who haven't found a company. That wanna take them in as a student but anyway they started looking around the class for turned on pcs. I asked my friend what the hell they were doing. Apparently a dhcp server from our class were hooked up to the schools lan and were faster. So it leased out ips with a lease time that was 8 days long. yeah they fail configured it, the SKP had pinged the server to find out it was called Pikachu. So the whole skp was on pokemon hunt til they found it at the table we all were sitting at "side note" it caused the whole lan network of our school not to be working"

From more than a month I've been working on Web designing and today I opened up Android studio to work on a small project and I felt like I almost forgot everything. This happens with you guys too?

Can anyone explain indepth details about ransomware like it is just a normal encryption one or it is affecting the windows kernel ?
