Windows 10 doesn't to let me use my wifi.
*sighs*
No way to solve it.
Is this a new Windows feature?11 -
Sucessfully made two hackintoshes in a span of a week. I think I've made my point apple, at least an effort to care about macs Apple. Who the fuck is gonna make the iOS apps that make your money maker useful?
Fuck you Apple,

The Open Source Software Community is one of the few 'places' where Anarcho-captalists and Anarcho-communits will gladly cooperate and I mean it as a complement.1

What was I thinking when I decided to hackintosh my laptop?
I underestimated how much I hate myself.
Oh yeah, I need Xcode.

You should have a giant snapshot of your software at the beginning of your website.
Even if you're an open source project. Some linux DE don't do this!
We're not in 1995.1 -
Bought a Dell laptop, didn't work properly. Returned, got another one. The second one has the same issues.
Why? It's been two months and fuck ton of stress, can't recommend Dell to anyone.
I'll probably get my money back and buy laptop that works as intended.13 -
I hate Windows and I hate Dell.
Apple fucking extorts you but at least it fucking works. macOS works, great UI, unix-like, NO FUCKING INTRUSIVE UPDATES
Did your mac break? We'll replaced, no problem.
Fuck, some company should try to be serious competition to Apple. I'd love to see that day, but untill them I unfortunately have to come back to apple, again and again. Fucking shit.16 -
Should I install Elememtary OS (Loki) ?
Anyone that uses eOS, why do you use it? Any problems with it? Gimme advice.
I tried it on Virtualbox but apparently it doesn't like that very much. Files didn't have a search function, bit hard to customise.
I'm willing to try, everyone seems to be using it, I assume it shouldn't be that bad.9 -
Our professor takes points off our code if we use tabs (not much, but still).
But the best part is having "few" spaces is also a problem. Seems like using tabs we be a solution then.
Why?!6 -
Writes code in C
Terminal: Seg fault
Rewrites code
Terminal: Seg fault
Rewrites again, opens gdb:
Seg fault
"I should open a brewery, I like beer. I've always wanted to make beer, it's analogic for the most part. No seg faults, can you believe that? Perhaps even a pub next to the brewery..."
"Oh, I was doing one extra iteration in a for loop. Nevermind"7 -
So,I bought a new laptop (comes with windows preinstalled). I quite like macOS and (some) linux distro. "I'll triple boot, suffer to hackintosh it, install either Ubuntu GNOME or Elementary OS and leave Windows 10" I thought.
Upon further reflection "But why would I need win 10?"
// searches "Why use windows?"
// google "Why is windows so bad"
" Nah, I haven't used win in a long time, I'll give it a go. We were buddies when it was XP. It can't be that bad, it must be better now."
//A few days later it finally arrives
//proceeds to use win10
//unnecessarily complex registration
//makes a new 16gb i7 sluggish
"Let's see what's running on the background"
//downloads ubuntu GNOME, hastily9
