"This guy already has a job and probably gets contacted 30 times a week by other recruiters. I'm gonna send him a message telling him that I need a developer, no job description and no salary specified, with a company he never heard of. Yeah, he will totally send me back his resume"2

I don't know why but it smells really nice outside at night and it makes me really happy and relaxed :3
Heck I might just go out for a walk...2 -
I promised i'd be home at 18:00
We discovered a bug at 17:30
We need to have an output for tomorrow
The process takes so many hours so we need to fix this bug before leaving so it can run all night long.

Today i had my first video conference in English, and i was very nervous and excited at the same time.
I think i were able to communicate my ideas really well, because the other person just asked me 2 times to repeat what i said.
I'm proud of myself (and all the video games, series and tutorials that helped me reach this level of understanding english)1 -
This really made me laugh

Bought new headphones because my current ones' input fucked up again. Already ordered a new one for free but hours of traveling today without music isn't really an option for me.
New headphones don't work on devices without usb ports! 😭.
Went back to the store because I didn't know that and thought they were just failing and got it explained there. No money back because they were working fine.
Me: "well fuck me right now, then I'll just travel without music today :'(".
Guy: *grabs something from a closet thingy* "Here you go, a pair of earphones!"
Me: "Awesome! How much?"
Guy: "Enjoy your traveling man!".
😮
Thanks a thousand times to that guy!14 -

People just annoy me. I don't feel comfortable around them.. they don't understand most of the things I say and I hate listening to them because they usually just don't get to the fucking point.
I really think that most people are just not able to think efficiently or logically.
When talking to smart people, I really enjoy it and am able to have discussions with them that last for hours..
Is this normal or am I just "special"?4 -
As a developer you have a surreal ability to plan the future and you are able to do it even in non-IT related areas of your life. Am I right?
Then, tell me, how many times have you died in your head thinking about "I could just jump here", "if I turn right that truck will definitely crush me", "well, that structure could collapse, how to survive if it happens?". ?4 -
THE RULES OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Rule #1: The Customer Lies
Rule #2: Rule #1 still applies when the customer is your coworker
Rule #3: Customers following instructions is like characters dying in a movie: if it didn't happen on-screen, it didn't happen.1 -
I've asked a friend for a charging cable, he asked if I need a Samsung or a IPhone one. He ended up totally confused when I asked him for a Type C one.9
