I just said "bye" to all my Whatsapp groups, and finally got rid of that service ! (meaning deleting my account as well, not just uninstalling the app).
It's so hard to make people understand what is happening and what I think about security/privacy... Guess I'll have to wait for people to finally come to Signal or Keybase if they want to reach me more efficiently :)

Trying a new job for a new experience with a technology I didn't know. And then figured out that's totally what I don't want to do and I stuck here because I have bills to pay and can't afford one month without a job.

Just wanted to buy a gift for my gf, so I went to birchbox.fr to buy her a 3 months subscription (irrelevant information).

So of course I needed to create an accout in order to buy it.

But what a surprise when I received a confirmation email, with my password in PLAIN TEXT inside. I guess I do really love her for not cancelling the gift and deleting my account immediately.

Just installed KISS launcher on my Android and, omg it changes so much I like it!! It forces you to do and launch the app you need without being surrounded by tons of icons on the screen, awesome 😊

I am getting my first apartment next Saturday, and it's awesome. And I was thinking of buying a great desktop computer because my laptop is getting old and I want a real desk with a real modern computer, also as a symbol of my new life coming. It would have costs me around 1300€, but guess what, I just spent that yesterday to pay the real estate agency, the deposit, and the first rent for that apartment 😭 I guess I'll have to wait again for that new pc...

I just accepted a job offer, while the current company I'm working in (which also offered me a job, cuz' I was in apprenticeship) has no idea about it. I fear the moment when I'll discuss about it with my current boss, because he accepted me as a beginner and now that I'm trained by this company I'll leave it :/
But I'm young and want to discover new work experiences so I hope he'll understand.

I made my own blog dedicated to personal rants on ZeroNet and count already 34 people sharing it. That's insane. I guess people like people ranting and that's what @trogus and @dfox figured before everyone ;)

Boss : "Hey everyone is so busy/too good to work on that project but it's really complicated af and you'll be alone. Good luck ! Oh and we are ok to hire you next year after your apprenticeship, work well and without pressure !"

Me : O_o "Ok I'll do my best, shoudn't be that complicated"

Me (1 month after) : demotivated, sick of that mission, tired, algorithm not working, I wanna die I'm a parasite for that company. Thanks giving me that work to do.

That's funny how I'm pretty sure I had interaction on devRant with people I know IRL, without the possibility to verify. I like the mystery that maybe the guy I saw commenting or ranting is someone I am familiar with.

Just started using ZeroNet(https://zeronet.io/) and it's a nice technology, well thought, but it seems like it can't expand itself or find it's way in the end. That's sad. I don't know if this will improve over years or be forgotten.

I need help,
I'm on that task for a month and it's a shitty task where I need to write algorithms too complicated for my level and I'm totally demotivated right now... I can't even understand my own code and can't focus for more than 5min... I just wanna go home and never see that code and work on that anymore...
Has this situation ever happened to you ? What should I do ?
