What are the steps to get a off campus tech job in india?

should I join any private colleges for engineering CSE in Bangalore or somewhere when the total expenses will be around 15 Lakhs. Is it worth it?

I bought a Lenovo laptop in 2022 and after six months laptop's hinge was broken. It was in a warranty period so they replaced the broken parts in a month. Then the keyboard was not working so they replaced it too. After 1 year, windows got corrupted. And now, in 2 years, the hinge is broken twice. I have only one question.
Why the hell do you guys make such weak laptops?

I don't know much about how search engines works and all that stuffs. I started a Blogspot and tried the Google Console to index my web on Google. But it sucks. I get redirect errors. "Crawled- but not indexed.", "Discovered not crawled". I don't know shit. And every video is just a crap on YouTube. I tried several methods and sometimes I feel like giving up.

I'm starting to learning Java. Should I use intelliJ Idea or Vs code?

I was using signal Android app for a while. But few months ago, when I reinstalled the app and was trying to backup. It said, "Backup files are malfunction." I don't know what does that mean actually. So I installed few GitHub repo into my computer and after spending an hour I finally found one repo which actually worked. I got my backup as HTML files and media as .backup files. But I still cannot install the app on my android phone. I don't know what to do to fix that. HELP

I used to use notion for note taking. And then I got to know there are many open-source and more private note taking apps in the market. Like Notesnook, Obsidian etc.. And now I am stuck on which one I should be using. Something like notion but more secure.
